Why Do So Many Orlando Families Choose Quality Paralegal Services?

The short answer is experience, a flat price, and the fact that we do not disappear after you sign.

Inés Reynoso has worked in Florida family and immigration law since 1998, first inside Orlando law firms and since 2020 in her own office on East Colonial Drive. That means filings in the Ninth Judicial Circuit, which covers Orange and Osceola counties, more times than she can count. She knows which Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms the Clerk expects for each case type. More useful than that, she knows what gets a filing kicked back. A financial affidavit submitted on the short form when the case needed the long one. A parenting plan missing a required section. A dissolution petition filed before the six month Florida residency requirement is met.

Our fees are flat. You know the full cost before you pay anything, and there is no hourly clock running while someone explains what a petition is, and we file for you. Documents go to the Clerk through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal, usually the same day you sign off, and we follow the case until it reaches a final disposition. You are not left refreshing a docket wondering whether anything happened.

Working in the Legal Field Since 1998

Inés spent twenty two years inside Orlando law firms on family and immigration cases before opening Quality Paralegal Services in 2020. Three of those years were with a general practitioner, handling civil and probate work.

Affordable Flat Fees, Quoted up Front

We quote the whole job before you commit. Call or message us with your situation and we will tell you what it takes and what it costs. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that too.

We File for You

You review and sign. We submit to the Clerk of Court, apply for civil indigent status if you qualify, and follow up until your case is closed.

Do I Need a Divorce Attorney, or Can I File the Paperwork Myself?

It depends on one thing more than any other: whether the two of you agree.

If you and your spouse have already worked out the property, the parenting plan, and the support, Florida does not require either of you to hire a lawyer. The court publishes approved forms for exactly this situation. Thousands of Florida residents file them every year without an attorney. What most of those people actually need is not representation. It is someone who knows which forms apply to their facts, completes them correctly, and gets them in front of the Clerk. That is the work we do.

There are cases where you should hire a family law attorney, and we will tell you when yours is one of them. A contested custody fight. Hidden assets or a business that needs valuing. A domestic violence injunction being litigated. Or the simplest version: the other side already has counsel and is pushing hard. In those situations you want a lawyer arguing for you, and we will refer you to one.

We are not attorneys. We cannot give you legal advice, and we are not going to pretend divorce and family law document preparation substitutes for representation when a case genuinely needs it. Most people who walk into our office are nowhere near that line. They have an agreement and they need the paperwork done right the first time.

Inés Reynoso has been in this field since 1998. When she looks at your situation, she can tell you honestly whether document preparation is the right path, or whether you need counsel. That conversation is free and comes with no pressure.

She came to our office after consulting with several attorneys. The legal fees were more than she could manage, and more than one attorney had declined to take her case. We took the time to listen, understand what she needed, and prepare her documents carefully. Her divorce was finalized in less than two months.

More Than FormsWhat Does Personalized Document Preparation Actually Look Like?

It looks like someone answering the phone when you call back with a question at 6:30 on a Tuesday.

When people compare document preparation companies, price is usually the first thing they look at, and that is fair. It is not the whole picture. What clients tell us after the fact is that what they needed was not a completed form. They needed someone who would listen, take the time to understand their specific situation, prepare the documents carefully off the information they gave, keep them updated, and still be reachable a month later when the court sent something they did not understand.

We do not hand you a packet and send you on your way. Inés handles the file herself, from the first conversation through the final disposition, with Maria Diaz Beltre handling the administrative side. It is a two person office on purpose. Nobody gets passed around.

our process

Three steps, and the first one costs nothing.

  1. Free Consultation

Call, text, or message us on WhatsApp and tell us what is going on. We will tell you exactly which documents your situation requires, what the realistic timeline looks like, and what the whole thing costs. No charge for that conversation, and no pressure at the end of it. If your case needs an attorney rather than a document preparer, that is when we will say so.

  2. Document Preparation

We prepare every form your case requires using the current Florida Supreme Court Approved Family Law Forms, or the current USCIS editions for immigration matters. Supporting documents are part of the job, not an add on: financial affidavits, child support guidelines worksheets, parenting plans, affidavits of support. You review everything before anything is submitted.

  3. Filing and Follow-Up

We file with the Clerk of Court through the Florida Courts E-Filing Portal and apply for civil indigent status for clients who qualify, which can waive the filing fee entirely. Then we follow the case. If the Clerk kicks something back or the judge requests a correction, we handle it.

What Clients Say About Working With Us

We have helped thousands of Central Florida families get their paperwork right, and more than 230 of them have left a five star review on Google. Here is what a few had to say.

Where Do You File, & Do I Have to Live in Orlando?

  • Orange County
  • Osceola County
  • Seminole County
  • Lake County

Our office is on East Colonial Drive in Orlando and most clients come to us, but you do not have to be local. We file in the Ninth Judicial Circuit for Orange and Osceola County cases, the Eighteenth Circuit for Seminole and Brevard, and the Fifth Circuit for Lake and the counties around it. Because Florida family filings go through the statewide E-Filing Portal, the county your case sits in matters far less than it used to. We prepare documents for clients across Florida.

Immigration is different again. USCIS filings are federal, so location is almost irrelevant. We work with clients in other states regularly, and about one in five of our clients never sets foot in the office. Everything happens by phone, email, and remote online notarization. Some of those clients have trusted us with their case and their money without ever meeting us in person, which is not something we take lightly.

Hablamos español. A large share of our clients are Spanish speaking families working through the US immigration system for the first time, and both Inés and Maria are fluent. Every document we prepare, we can explain in Spanish.

Need a Notary? Can I Get a Document Notarized Without Coming In?

Yes. Florida has allowed remote online notarization since 2020, and Inés is a commissioned Florida notary registered to perform it.

You do not have to drive anywhere or take time off work. The session happens over encrypted audio and video. You answer identity proofing questions, your ID is verified electronically, you sign on screen, and the notarization is applied on the spot. The whole thing usually takes ten to fifteen minutes. Florida requires the notary to record the session and retain that recording, so there is a stronger audit trail than a paper notarization leaves behind.

This works for powers of attorney, quit claim deeds, affidavits, and most documents that need a seal. A few document types carry extra requirements under Florida law, including wills, trusts, and health care directives, and we will walk you through those before scheduling. It is especially useful if you are traveling, living out of state, caring for someone at home, or simply cannot get across town during business hours.
